Digital underwater photography has taken the dive world by storm. Get in on the action with the PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty course.
You can quickly and easily capture the underwater world with your camera and edit the results on your computer.
During the PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty course, you learn to use the PADI SEA method (Shoot, Examine and Adjust), which takes full advantage of digital technology. The result is good underwater photos faster than you thought.
You not only learn how to take good photos, but how to share them with your friends via email, how to optimize your results by editing on your computer, how to store and print stunning images and more.

This is one of PADI’s most adaptable specialty courses, and can even be started during the last dive of your PADI Open Water Diver course. Snorkellers are also eligible for this course although after the course is completed the qualification given is a non diving one.
The PADI Digital Underwater Photographer certifications counts towards PADI Master Scuba Diver rating.
The photographs below were taken by four of our team at Dream Divers using compact digital cameras in underwater housings.
